I am sitting here watching the news pondering the election. What an incredible day today is! How wonderful for our country that we have the opportunity to cast our vote for an African American, or for a woman. This is such an important election. I am not going to use my blog to post my political views. I just hope that everyone recognizes the importance of today and what this means for our country and for our world. We have come soo far as a country in the past 100 years. I mean seriously I wouldn't have even been able to vote today! And there is no way there would be a woman, and African American on the ticket! This is huge. Way to go America. I am so glad to have had the opportunity to vote, and am so grateful to be able to call myself an American.

What an Amazing Day
I am sitting here watching the news pondering the election. What an incredible day today is! You are so right, what a great day for this country..today I have hope, something I have not had for such a long time in the government..John MaCain was such a gentleman in the speech, I am sorry that the true persona of this man was not displayed in his poorly run campaign..I know that I am not responsible for anyone's elses choices, only I will answer for what I have done on this earth..regardless of your political views..AMERICA has made a huge step in once again regaining the respect of the world..God bless our new leader!
