Podcasts and Promotions

A couple cool things to share today. First off.... why have I not heard of Podcasts before now?!  I finally discovered them yesterday and let me tell you, they have changed my life. Before I would sit for hours editing and ordering listening to mindless music. Now I can listen to church broadcasts and even the scriptures! Woohoo for multitasking! I find that listening to these talks totally changes my daily perspective!

Second, as many of you may know, Oscar has been training to be the new Operation Manager at ARS. Well he finally finished training yesterday and was officially promoted! We have been waiting 6 months for this big day! We are so grateful to Heavenly Father for taking care of our family during these crazy economic times. I am so proud of Oscar. He has worked so hard, and truly deserves this new position. He also really loves this new company. It really makes a difference when you respect the people you work for and vice versa.

On another note... I am crazy right now trying to get ready to leave. Who would think that going on a 4 day trip alone would require such massive preparation. I have to make sure that everything runs smoothly on the home front while I am gone! 

A glimpse of my day ...

Oh Mac! My boy. Such a funny little dude and SO whiney these days. Although he started holding his own bottle today, and well what can I say... I was elated to know that my bottle feeding days were over!!
My drama queen. I swear I change Grace's pajamas at least a dozen times a day. She loves to wear jammies. Especially Zion and Noah's.   She has basically  stolen 4 or 5 pairs from them. Doesn't she look big sitting up at the table?

The sunshine of my life.. this little girl always wakes up in the happiest mood. If it were just me and Mimi we would sleep until at least 8am everyday. She truly is such an easy to please little spirit.
